Local Material

The EVARS project has collaborated with 4 pilot local authorities in each paticipating country. Through this collaboration, course materials and inspiration material have been developed in all 3 local languages; Danish, German and Slovakian.

By clicking on the flags below you will find the different material, which has been developed and used in each country:

Coaching processes have been carried through with the local authorities, and a process mapping tool was developed in order to hold track of decisions, activities, interventions and results that arose during the coaching of the local authorities. The tool has been developed as a monitoring tool that local authorities can use to plan and get an overview of their strategic considerations and processes.

You can download the process mapping tool here
